When am I charged?
Today you pay a prorated part-month (we count every month as 30 days โ join on the 20th, pay for 11). After that, everyone bills on the 1st.
Adding and removing seats?
Add a seat any time โ you pay the prorated remainder of the month at the $19 rate. Remove seats and they drop off at your next renewal; no mid-cycle penalties.
What's an AI credit?
One credit = one AI-woven walkthrough report. Photo-only sessions, searching, tagging, sharing, and AI photo descriptions never use credits.
Canceling?
Cancel any time; access runs to the end of what you've paid for. Your data is never deleted.
